We’re Pamila & Ian, the husband-and-wife team behind Cotswold Fine Photos. We are best known for our newborn and baby photography, helping families preserve those fleeting first weeks and months before children grow and change. As parents ourselves, we understand just how quickly childhood passes and how precious these memories become over time.
Our Story
For more than 12 years, we’ve been helping families across Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds preserve the moments they’ll never want to forget.
From tiny newborn details and first birthdays to the laughter, cuddles and connections that make every family unique, we’re passionate about creating photographs that feel natural, timeless and full of meaning.
Above all, we want every session to feel relaxed and enjoyable – because the best photographs happen when you’re simply enjoying time together.
Awards & Certifications
We are incredibly proud of our award-winning history of industry recognition, including being named theWinner of the Creativity International Newborn Photography Competition in July 2017.
We also earned multiple accolades from the Baby & Newborn Photography Association (BANPAS)—an organization dedicated to newborn safety—including a 2nd Place Award for Bump-to-Baby and 3rd Place Awards in both the Newborn and Maternity categories.
While we cherish these honours, we later made a conscious decision to step away from the competition circuit. Today, our focus is entirely on you. Instead of working to please a panel of judges, we pour 100% of our energy into creating a relaxed, safe, and unforgettable experience for the families who walk through our studio doors. To us, the ultimate prize is the joy you feel when you see your final portraits.

Our Studio
Nestled in the heart of Chipping Norton, our studio is a warm and welcoming space designed especially for newborn, baby and family photography. The studio is easily accessible from Oxford, Banbury, Cheltenham, Stratford-upon-Avon and the surrounding Cotswolds, with many families even making the journey from London for their session.
Created with comfort in mind, it’s a place where parents can relax, children can be themselves and beautiful memories can unfold naturally. From tiny newborn details to growing family connections, every session is carefully tailored to create timeless photographs you’ll treasure for years to come.
